DUON Dystrybucja sp. z o. o. specializes in supplying network and liquefied natural gas (LNG). Our infrastructure consists of distribution networks and LNG regasification stations. Comprehensive energy solutions are also offered for enterprises based on ecological fuels. Our natural gas is obtained from proven sources, both domestic and foreign.
DUON currently has over 800 kilometres of gas pipelines. Our assets include 12 network sites connected to the national gas system and based on LNG. Powered by 20 regasification stations, our infrastructure connects to over 11,000 recipients.
Our LNG systems are also in a dynamic development process and currently under construction. As part of our comprehensive energy solutions, the operation of our boiler rooms continuously improves, e.g. in Chojna, as well as that of our long-standing customers.
Beyond natural gas sales and distribution, DUON also offers heat supplies, LNG gas transport services, and temporary power supplies.
The stability and reliability of the GGE Group are strengthened by the presence of a powerful financial investor – the British investment fund Infracapital, which is part of the global M&G financial and insurance group.

Extension of the offer by selling LPG
KRI S.A. merged with the capital group CP Energia S.A.
Parent company name changed to Grupa DUON S.A. and subsidiaries’ names changed. KRI S.A. was also transformed into DUON Dystrybucja S.A.
Joined the GGE Capital Group belonging to the Infracapital fund, which is part of the international financial group M&G Plc.
DUON Dystrybucja becomes the main LNG recipient from PGNiG. The companies have agreed upon a seven-year contract with a total volume of over 150 thousand tons of LNG. This marks the largest LNG sales contract ever signed by PGNiG S.A.
